Free Summer Art School in Rotherham

A fantastic opportunity for any young people interested in art. Rotherham Open Arts Renaissance is launching an exciting new scheme this Summer and are searching for young people to take part.

Dangerous Art School will be a school like no other - students will be given the freedom to explore themselves through a range of activities; to challenge their idea of who they are and who they can become; to realise themselves through the act of creating; to make a personal statement through art. Dangerous Art School will involve working with innovative artists and creating art publically.

So far artists Patrick Amber and Leigh De Vries are confirmed to be part of Dangerous Art School, giving students the opportunity to create amazing 3D pieces of art from unusual materials.

Dangerous Art School will begin on Monday 20th July then continue every Friday in the summer holidays (31st July and 7/14/21/28th August). Sessions are all from 1-4pm.
