Centre Information

The Place, Eastwood Youth and Community Centre is situated on Coleridge road next door to Coleridge Primary School.  The venue is a multiagency hub that encompasses Social Services and Coleridge Children’s centre.  This newly decorated space offers young people access to a clean, fresh space that houses a pool table and table tennis table and TV.  There is a fully working and usable kitchen that is used to deliver life skills and encourages young people to develop their cooking skills.

During the sessions young people have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities that will include arts and crafts, sports, music and opportunities to learn about different things and develop new skills.  The sessions are led by professional youth workers that are on hand to offer advice and support when you need it.

Also, you can access volunteering opportunities, residential programmes, accredited learning programmes and opportunities to have a voice around influencing delivery of services for young people.
